چکیده
Purpose: This study aimed to compare the clinical outcomes of AcrySof PanOptix intra-ocular lens and AT LISA tri 839MP trifocal IOL, 6 months after cataract surgery. Patients Methods: retrospective cohort evaluated patients who underwent bilateral surgery with diffractive IOL implantation. were divided into two groups based on model implanted ( IOL; IOL). Study parameters noted preoperatively (visual acuity only) postoperatively. At 6-month post-operative visit, both eyes examined for following: uncorrected distance visual at far (6 m), intermediate acuities (UIVA) 80 cm 60 cm, near 40 incidence posterior capsule opacification, presence subjective photic phenomena, in addition a questionnaire assessing quality life function. Results: Thirty nine (78 eyes) IOLs LISA, n=23; n=16) included. No statistical significance was found between lenses. The median power lenses 21. Post-operatively, group showed slightly lower UIVA than reverse cm. A larger number better performance activities group. Posterior opacification developed significantly fewer (6.2%) (17.4%), none had double vision, phenomena troublesome by >20% either Overall satisfaction comparably high. Conclusion: Both similar favorable outcomes. However, activities.
